DivvyHQ is seeking a passionate content producer who has a mind for strategy, a flair with words and an eye for good design. The Content Marketing Specialist will work closely with Divvy staff, agency partners, customers and industry influencers to conceive, develop and support a variety of content marketing programs that deliver value and drive company growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the strategy, design, development and support of all content marketing programs
  • Regularly write and produce various types of content to drive website traffic, engagement, leads and customer retention
  • Blog on an ongoing basis to attract site visitors, grow blog subscribers, improve search rankings and deliver insights, inspiration and practical guidance to Divvy prospects and customers
  • Assist in the management of all DivvyHQ editorial calendars to support and fuel all content channels
  • Contribute to the development of email content for product promotions and nurturing campaigns within our marketing automation platform
  • Support the sales team by contributing to the production of sales materials, documentation, worksheets, case studies, testimonials
  • Support customer experience team by contributing to the production of product documentation/content/videos
  • Coordinate with design personnel/resources to produce visual assets
  • Assist and contribute to all social media initiatives/platforms
  • Manage all PR initiatives with our third-party PR resources
  • Regularly monitor and report on the performance of content marketing programs
  • Facilitate content planning and brainstorming meetings

Qualifications / Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • 2+ years of marketing communications, journalism, PR, agency or related experience
  • Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience
  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
  • Experience with metrics tracking, analysis and presentation of content and social performance
  • Experience with Wordpress, Adobe Creative Suite, Google analytics and the top social channels
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS and cloud-based software environment
